A popular hire choice in our catering hire range are the Chafer Units & Gastronorm Inserts, ideal for ensuring your food stays warm at buffets without overcooking it. A chafer unit is a must-have in every caterer’s arsenal of tools, and our Brass Handle Chafer Unit will maintain safe, warm temperatures for your food. Simply fill with hot water to speed up the heating of the unit. This model takes x1 Gastronorm Full Size 4in Insert or x2 of the Gastronorm Half Size (1/2) 4in Insert.
We also hire a variety of Cooking & Warming Equipment in our range of catering equipment rental, including our popular Industrial 6 Ring Cooker (Gas), which features 6 powerful hob burners, twin durable cast iron pan supports and a large gastro norm compatible oven for cooking, roasting or holding food at events such as weddings, parties and more.
Another option for holding food at events is the Banquet Cart Single 2 Door, which is designed to hold hot food prior to your service. The banquet cart features a halo heat system which is a controlled, uniform heat source that will gently surround food and maintains its quality for several hours. It’s also complete with handles, and its heavy duty wheels ensure easy movement for convenience. If you need an oven for a temporary kitchen or venue, we recommend the powerful Combi Oven 10 Rack, which has ample capacity for 10 racks, features a steam option and is ideal for catering to a large number of guests. You may also like the Blue Seal Turbo Fan Oven on Stand, which boasts three shelves that allow food to be prepped and transferred directly to the oven. It may be used for cooking, heating and holding food, and is fitted with a trolley for easy movement. Or check out the Cook & Hold Oven (Small) for a more compact option which will cook food at low temperatures until the optimum temperature is reached, whereby the timer instructs it to switch into holding mode.
Once dinner service is complete, our vast range of high-quality Dishwashers & Hygiene products will ensure clean-up operations run smoothly and with ease. The Hood Dishwasher with Pre Rinse Sink & Table proves an effective solution for washing large quantities of crockery and utensils, an ideal option for large hospitality events and high volume catering facilities. It’s supplied with two racks, a pre-wash spray hose and sink and has a choice of multiple washing cycles depending on your requirements. It also features wheels for ease of movement. Or check out the Hood Dishwasher 2 Rack for an equally effective pass-through solution, suitable for bustling canteens and dining events. If you’re running a mobile kitchen for an event, the Double Sink Unit With Drainer is an essential, whilst the Glasswasher is a must-have for bar functions. And for a waste solution for temporary kitchens, we recommend our Pedestal Bin with Lid, complete with a pedal design to keep your hands clean throughout service, or the Bin Ring / Refuse Sack Holder, both of which are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
For Food Prep & Service, a preparation table is an essential for any kitchen. Our Stainless Steel Preparation Table is easily moveable thanks to its folding legs, and offers a higher working space than a regular trestle table. This table is also complete with an easy-clean surface, ideal for when preparing food. Our Jack Stack Plate Rack is a must for large banqueting events, holding plates prior to service to ensure quick, efficient delivery and a space saving solution. Its size means it’s compatible with most cold rooms, and it’s complete with wheels for easy transportation.
For serving food, look no further than our Bain Marie 4 Well with Hot Plate & Gantry Lights, which ensures that meals will retain heat, texture and flavour for extended periods. It’s complete with a holding cupboard at the base, and a heated gantry and hot servery unit for warming and serving food. This hot cupboard can keep up to 220 plates warm, and uses dry heat to warm inserts (sold separately) to prevent food from drying out. Our Heated Carving Unit 2 Lamp is a highlight at buffets, carveries and other dining events, allowing you to present your food in a way that is both attractive and at a safe temperature. Made from stainless steel, this unit boasts 2 lamps to create heat from above, and underneath is a heated metal surface to place the joint on. Its compact size makes it ideal for use on a countertop or serving table.
Our Hot Beverage Service selection has all you need to keep tea, coffee and hot drinks flowing throughout your event. The Water Boiler 23 Litre is an essential for drinks services. The manual fill Burco water boiler provides convenient, portable access to piping hot water without requiring any hardwiring or mains plumbing, and features an adjustable temperature dial from 0 to 97 degrees.
Coffee drinkers will appreciate the high capacity, manual fill Coffee Percolator (101 Cup), which makes the ideal cup of filter coffee. Thanks to its generous 18 litre capacity (which is approximately 101 cups of coffee) and its powerful 1.5kW heating element, it’s an ideal option for keeping up with demand in pubs, restaurants, outdoor events and hotels, and also proves an efficient choice for self-service or waiting areas. The Pump Action Flask 3 Litre is also apt for hot drinks services, keeping drinks hot for 3-4 hours thanks to its vacuum-insulated properties. And no drinks service would be complete without a teapot. The aesthetically pleasing, sleek Bellux Tea Pot 60oz and Bellux Coffee Pot 60oz feature double-wall technology to keep tea hot, serving up to 12 cups per pot. It also features a non-drip pouring spout to avoid mess, and a handle that is cool to touch to prevent burns.
Our Refrigeration Hire range will ensure your food and beverages stay cool. The Upright Cooler Cabinet Glass Door is ideal for chilling and displaying wine, beer soft drinks and dairy products, holding up to 70 wine bottles/130 beer bottles, whilst the Fridge Gastro Single Door Stainless Steel is well suited to higher output and fast paced kitchen areas. It features an adjustable temperature and digital temperature display, and is also available as the Fridge Gastro Double Door Stainless Steel if you require a larger model with more storage space. For temporary kitchens and storage of ice, the Chest Freezer with Glass Top will serve your needs, and for limited space, we suggest the Under Counter Fridge (Domestic), fitting for exhibition stands and offices.
