Our Bain Marie is the ideal appliance to ensure meals retain their heat, texture and flavour for extended periods. It has a hot holding cupboard at the base, with a heated gantry and hot servery unit for warming and serving food.

- Hot cupboard can keep up to 220 plates warm
- Takes 4 x 6” full inserts and lids or 8 x 6” half inserts & lids
- Inserts required, order separately
- Fill top unit with warm water to heat water quicker
- If cold water is added it can take up to 1 hour to heat up
- All equipment is PAT tested
- Available for short or long term hire
