What Size Table Should I Choose?
The right size depends on guest numbers, room dimensions, chair width, place settings and the style of service. Formal dining generally requires more space for tableware, centrepieces and waiting staff.

- 3ft round: approximately 4–6 guests
- 4ft round: approximately 6–8 guests
- 5ft round: approximately 8–10 guests
- 5ft 6in round: approximately 9–11 guests
- 6ft round: approximately 10–12 guests
Rectangular Tables
- 2ft x 30in: approximately 2 guests

Delivery & Collection
HireAll provides professional delivery and collection services for furniture and event equipment throughout Dublin and nationwide.

Hire Period
The standard hire period is 48 hours, or Friday to Monday for weekend events. Longer arrangements may be available depending on your dates and requirements.
Nationwide Delivery
Delivery charges and timings depend on the venue, order size, access, scheduling and collection requirements. For larger projects, the team can coordinate timed delivery, setup and post-event collection.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available for suitable orders from our Sandyford depot. Please ensure your vehicle has enough capacity to transport the items safely.
Our depot is located at 37 Spruce Avenue, Stillorgan Business Park, Sandyford, Co. Dublin, A94 KH50.
