Hireall are currently recruiting for an experienced Events Administrator to join us.
The role
This is a perfect role for someone who has good attention to detail, is well organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a fun loving, professional team!
Provide information, quotations and confirmed orders to all customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Proactively managing and dealing with customers over the phone and email or at our newly refurbished Showroom.
Building and developing strong relationships with our broad range of customers.
Carrying out administrative tasks such as invoicing, processing reports and managing payments.
Enthusiasm to work on familiarising yourself with our product ranges and services.
Follow up with customers post event to obtain feedback and process final invoice.

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong administrative background.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Collaborating with other employees and ensuring accuracy and clear communication with colleagues and other departments.
Team player
Experience of Hospitality and Events or a background in service driven sectors.
Minimum 2 years’ experience
